The Institute of Courier Award Winners 2016

CitySprint’s Account Manager of 9 years, Kim Adams won the contract site award for her ability to go the extra mile, working with our international shipments team to ensure consignments are delivered securely and on time with one of our biggest clients.
We are delighted to announce that 7 members of the CitySprint team took home awards at the 2016 National Courier Awards Ceremony held on the 18th October. Now in its 20th year, the institute recognises individuals and standards of those who work in the courier industry.

CitySprint’s Account Manager of 9 years, Kim Adams won the contract site award for her ability to go the extra mile, working with our international shipments team to ensure consignments are delivered securely and on time with one of our biggest clients.

Our courier, Tamas Bardos, of 6 years took away an award in the two wheel category. Tamas was nominated because of his excellent relationship with staff members and customers and his excellent reputation across the business.

In the office category, CitySprint saw Paul McCarten and Alison Savage receive an NCA Office Award. Paul joined the CitySprint team in 2011 and was nominated due to his reflection of all CitySprint’s core values: reliability, accountability, empathy and flair. Alison has combined the experienced gained in a number of roles across the business and is known for her dedication and excellence.

CitySprint also saw the success in the NCA Contract Driver and 4-wheels award category with Lizzie Thistlebank and Michael Graham Nolan walking away with an award each. Lizzie was nominated for her positive attitude and for the ability to impress key clients. Michael was nominated for his superior service skills and always putting the customer first.

The highlight of the evening for CitySprint was the Service to Industry recognition which went to our Chief Sales Officer, Justin Moore, who has been with CitySprint for 12 years.

CitySprint CEO, Patrick Gallagher said: “I am immensely proud of the level of commitment from our CitySprint family and it is refreshing to see us go from strength to strength every year and recognised for all of the hard work that is carried out daily within the business”.
